Themed One-on-One, Private Group, or Corporate Culinary Nutrition Workshops/Cooking Classes that will put the JOY in healthy cooking! As a certified Culinary Nutrition Expert and Instructor, I have the experience and training to help you create food that nourishes your body and is therapeutic without sacrificing taste.  Using whole foods, when possible locally sourced as the star ingredients, I will help you reduce the need for processed foods so you know exactly what you are putting into your body and have fun with meal making.  We only have one so let's own it and honor it!

Learn the basics of making great-tasting, easy ferments!

 

Fermented foods are beneficial to our health, yet can be intimidating to make at home. While there is a degree of unpredictability with fermentation, once you get the hang of it there is so much possibility with seasonal ingredients and local flavours!
